How much is TOO much BF to start a cycle?

I know it's a risk having to much BF and starting a cycle because of estrogen problems and such, but is there a magic number to aim to get under before starting a cycle? I am 13% bf right now according to the calipers and like 15% according to the electro thingy (although i hear the calipers are more accurate)... I am 22, 5'6, 160. I tend to put on fat weight easily if i stray just the littlest bit from my diet, so im very leary of starting a cycle (this will be my first - done clen before, but no roids). So basically i'm looking for a little direction as to what my bf needs to be before I start one. I've been lifting for about 4 years consistantly now, but my diet has only been on par for maybe 6 months, which has helped me lose a lot of bf, but i've stopped losing now - if any of that helps. Any advice (even if its to stay away from a cycle) will be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.

Those fat monitoring scales fluctuate. The reading is usually higher in the mornings than evenings. PM readings are more accurate but it doesn't beat calipers.
13% is good but at 22, if you haven't reached your natural peak yet, I would recommend that you train naturally until you reach your peak.

    Good luck!
