Are serms and aromatase inhibitor's legal in the states?

I will be travelling to Asia from Canada.I have a stop over in LA for 2 hours where I'll have to change flights.I will only have a carry on bag with me,no luggage checked in.I want to take some Clomid,Nolvadex and Letrozole with me.They will all be in there original bottles from a UG lab.Is this ok?Will customs give me a hard time?Perhaps maybe I should check my luggage rather than take a carry on?Please boys a little advice please.

a prescription to get it, but once in your possession, I think you can only get in trouble if the drug is controlled which those aren't in the US.

I obviously don't and won't have a presciption.I got them all from a UG lab.I'm just a little worried about them giving me a hard time.

    Orion,
The prescription is the control, hence the term "controlled substance".

    Doc,
Should they be discovered, there shouldn't be a problem with either of them.
Once you have them, it is generally assumed that you did so legally.
Obviously, aas would be a different story, but even in such cases way too much is made of air transport. Those guys are protecting passengers not busting bb'ers.

not every prescription drug is controlled. You can find the list of controlled substances on the dea's website under their respective scheduling.

For instance if you get caught with viagra, they can't charge you with posession of a controlled substance, but if they catch you with aas they can, because those fall under schedule III controlled substances.

I would suggest reading some more on the laws before giving advice...

No, you can be arrested for having prescription drugs for which you don't have a prescription. If I were you, I wouldn't bring them with you on your trip.

who has told you or have you been arrested for a noncontrolled substance. I think everybody is missing my point. You can't be arrested for possessing a noncontrolled substance. For example, have you ever been to the doctor were they give you samples of a prescription drug WITHOUT writing you a prescription. Then you get in your car, pulled over with the samples, they aren't going to arrest you because they can't.

Again, why are people giving advice about something they know nothing about??
