Cycle Check and injection question

Hey guys going to be running my cycle pretty soon.
Here is what it looks like
Weeks 1-15 500mg Test-e
Weeks 1-12 400mg Deca

Nolva on hand

Weeks 16-20
HCG
Clomid
Nolva

Question: Should I inject the deca twice a week or once because on b o d y b u i l d i n g.com it said it inject deca once a week

bb'ing dot come is stupid dude, everyone there goes by what "big cat" says. They recomend friggin winny only cycles there. Im not a huge fan of that site. anyways, I would lower the test to maybe 12-14 weeks the the deca stop a week before you stop ur test. so if you run the test 14 weeks stop the deca at week 13. 21 days after last injection and 14 days after last test enanthate injection start pct. get it? oh and split the deca into twice a week and yes you can mix the test and deca together in the syringe.

Your PCT timing is OFF, PCT starts 14 days after last test E inject

Just shoot the deca with the test E twice a week
