Bad Back Cramps! Help!
Im currently on a test-prop/tren /EQ cycle and my lower back cramps up so tight that i literally cant work out! I mean not just the cramping from doing cardio on tren, i mean even moderate lifting becomes unbearable! Now besides drinking more water is there anything else that can calm down the lower back cramps to atleast a bearable level??
Any tips,, tricks, and or methods PLEASE!!!! Thank u.

i am also prone to cramps, and i also use taurine and potassium, but i also throw some magnesium in there as well. i typically use 1-2 grams of taurine, 400-600 mg of potassium, and 1 gram of magnesium. another great source of potassium is low sodium V8 juice. i think 8 ounces has about 450mg of potassium.
