I tried Herberal remedies ST Johns Wart seemed to help me. After about 2 weeks seemed like my body got use to it, so I doubled the dose and it worked for about a month. After that I discontinued use, and went back to my normal sleeping pattern

I am an insomniac too. You may try melatonin, it worked for me in the beginning, but it seems it doesnt do shit for me now. 1 tablet at around 10pm.

Really? I am getting ready to do a test/tren/mast cycle. Is tren that bad? I have heard a couple people say they get insomnia with it, but I figured it was a little bs.

I'd get 4 hours of sleep on a good night on 50mg a day. Couldn't take looking like a zombie every morning at work.

I typically run on about 4 hours a night. So that could be bad.

Were you taking it in the morning or at night? I would imagine it probablly doesnt matter though.

I took my daily shot inbetween 12:00PM and 01:00PM. I must say though, I get insomina on test only but with test I'll still wake up feeling refreshed. Tren just made me feel terrible after getting about 22 or 23 hrs of sleep a week. I stopped after 3 weeks, so for now I just stick to hrt doses of test with high doses of deca with a clean diet from now on fixin' to start throwing in mastE with it.

If you are really and clearly awake, why not just work out or do some cardio or get some paperwork done. While sleep is obviously a very important part of life and growth, if you're not tired, don't stress it. Your body knows when it needs sleep so screw the sominex and xanax and just use the time you have to do stuff you normally don't have time to do. Prepare meals, whatever.......do what you need and then sleep when you can. Unless you are really having some issues like iratability, failure to concentrate, etc.... then maybe your AAS body can deal with less sleep. On cycle, sometimes I got up crazy early and hit the gym; other times I worked and sometimes I just ate and laid around. I think the stress of trying to get sleep can be more damaging than minimized sleep.

I have avoided tren for this reason. I already run on little sleep and I am very warm natured and sweat if the room is too warm.

But I really want to run a tren/mast cycle for cutting. Tren and mast have too many great benefits to not at least give them a try.

I will probablly be running them something like this:

    1-12 Test Prop 75 or 100mg/ed
    1-12 Tren A 50mg/day
    5-12 Mast Prop 50mg/day

I might run 6 weeks of var at the beginning at 80-100mg/day.

For those of you who get night sweats on tren , do you sleep with the A/C on or off? I ask because I'm on week two of tren (50mg ED) and although I have erratic sleep patterns and feel irritable, I dont really sweat at night when I sleep with the A/C on. Or does my body just deals with tren sides better than other people?

that is absolutely incorrect becasue methamphetamie costs more than anabolic powders so there is no business reason for scammers to use it instead

I also get night sweats and sometimes have trouble sleeping.
I freeze out my wife with a programable thermostat.
Most of my sleeping problems seem to come from lifting after work instead of in the morning.
If I do not have some down time after I lift, my body is to intense to sleep.

i totally agree. esp on cycle, when i work out i get all tingly and hot skinned, so it makes it really hard to sleep unless i work out much earlier.

Benadryl always works well for me. When running something notorious for insomnia like Tren , I'll take it about an hour before I want to sleep. Also, even with Tren E I only have real insomnia on the night of the day I inject.

How high a dose did you use?

Oh, and be sure not use any first generation antihistamines (any short-term, 8hr. ones that cause drowsiness) continuously for too long as the body's adaptation is swift and drowsiness quickly dissipates. This is discussed in the drug's literature, and verified by many allergy sufferers who use it throughout a season and experience no grogginess whatsoever after a while. The same has been reported by those who use it to upgrade receptors for CNS stimulants.

Try MyoGenX. One of the side effects seems to be a good night's sleep. That's basically in 100% of the users, from what I am noticing.

My sleep is worth the $30/month to me...

Since I take benadryl almost every night, i take between 75 and 100mg My doc said that was ok, and that it is better than using something addictive like valium or xanax

Man Anthony, your product is starting to sound like an old Western cure-all tonic.

Also, how about directing me to that hunting joke you posted a while back? The one about the old man who believes he impregnated his young girlfriend.

That's a hefty dose, but one indicative of longer use.

True, it's definitely safe, and though not physiologically addictive in the manner the drugs you described are, one can become semi-addicted to the assistance it provides with getting to sleep. That is to say if you came off after a substantial stint, you'll find it hard to get to sleep naturally. Thus, one should be slowly weaned off.

I've read a lot lately of people having problems sleeping. Due to the importance of sleep for our goals has anyone tried a sleeping aid like Lunesta. You can get samples for free and if they don't work you not out anything but if they do think of the advantages to your gear with all that sleep.

    Good Luck
