I tried Herberal remedies ST Johns Wart seemed to help me. After about 2 weeks seemed like my body got use to it, so I doubled the dose and it worked for about a month. After that I discontinued use, and went back to my normal sleeping pattern

I am an insomniac too. You may try melatonin, it worked for me in the beginning, but it seems it doesnt do shit for me now. 1 tablet at around 10pm.

I have avoided tren for this reason. I already run on little sleep and I am very warm natured and sweat if the room is too warm.
But I really want to run a tren/mast cycle for cutting. Tren and mast have too many great benefits to not at least give them a try.
I will probablly be running them something like this:
1-12 Test Prop 75 or 100mg/ed
1-12 Tren A 50mg/day
5-12 Mast Prop 50mg/day
I might run 6 weeks of var at the beginning at 80-100mg/day.

Or does my body just deals with tren sides better than other people?

I also get night sweats and sometimes have trouble sleeping.
I freeze out my wife with a programable thermostat.
Most of my sleeping problems seem to come from lifting after work instead of in the morning.
If I do not have some down time after I lift, my body is to intense to sleep.Last edited by NCBB; 06-06-2007 at 08:48 AM.

Oh, and be sure not use any first generation antihistamines (any short-term, 8hr. ones that cause drowsiness) continuously for too long as the body's adaptation is swift and drowsiness quickly dissipates. This is discussed in the drug's literature, and verified by many allergy sufferers who use it throughout a season and experience no grogginess whatsoever after a while. The same has been reported by those who use it to upgrade receptors for CNS stimulants.

Try MyoGenX. One of the side effects seems to be a good night's sleep. That's basically in 100% of the users, from what I am noticing.
My sleep is worth the $30/month to me...

I've read a lot lately of people having problems sleeping. Due to the importance of sleep for our goals has anyone tried a sleeping aid like Lunesta. You can get samples for free and if they don't work you not out anything but if they do think of the advantages to your gear with all that sleep.
Good Luck
