    Help! The wife is freaking out....

    My wife is on an 8 week cycle on clen /t3 and anavar . She woke up this morning freaking out because she says she weighs 130lbs. She probably is blowing things out of proportion, however, she really did start off at about 120lbs. She is eating pretty good and her workouts are intense. She is adding weight every week in her exercises.

    She is not doing any cardio but she is getting pretty cut up...any suggestions on what to do or what to tell her? I ordered a caliper from arr to measure her bf% but I don't have anything to compare to???

    Yeah but how much lean muscle?
    I know Var is best utilized in losing fat, but I didn't know Var could be that changing in body LM.

    women have a real issue with the scale (men too) but as long as the pants are looser, she is more cut (means she is seeing muscle more than she ever has.. ) weight should mean nothing.. although we all know it does.. especially with women..

    10 lbs in 8 weeks on a woman is a big deal, but.. her real goal should have been to maintain her current weight and rather than doing more weight, she should be been doing higher reps with about 70-80% max rep.. that works very well for myself as well as the wife..

    The best tool to measure gains are a measuring tape and the mirror.

    Scales mean nothing for her goals.

    Like everyone else said, she is gaining lean mass and hardening up and that is primarily the Anavar .

    Anavar is great at adding lean mass while assisting in fat burning when in the presence of a good diet and excercise.

    She claims her clothes are fitting tighter but really her butt and gotten rounder..i think she looks great! I'll have to post a pic once i figure out how to do it! As for her cycle here it goes:

    7.5mg var ed
    80mcg of clen ed (2 weeks on/2weeks off)
    50mg of T3 ed and she is tapering down starting her 5th week

    She exercises 4 days a week
    She usually does 3 sets of 10 or more
    She does three different exercises per body part

    that routine will give her strength for sure = muscle mass = weight..

    does she do

    PWO protein/dex

    does she consume flax oil or fish oil

    and has it effected her MS ?? did mine, and as soon as she came off it went back to normal (just slowed it down, made it shorter) this can have an effect on her weight gain as well..

    drink more water, add the fats, cut sugar more.. would be my 1st guess or opinion.. and do cardio..

    If she is gaining weight it is obviously because her caloric intake is higher than what she requires to maintain.

    I'd focus on diet before training.

    Can someone point me to a good website (or link) that would outline a good diet for her? She is 28yo, 130lbs, 5'1" and wants to be super lean. I was thinking that since she is taking var that maybe she should just keep eating like she has been and then try cutting more after her cycle. Believe it or not, this has turned in to a bulking cycle for her??? But she looks hot as hell!
