    vague/easy question

    just curious what some of you guys take while on your cycle? besides protein ill be taking; ala, glutamine, multivitamin/mineral, saw palmetto, amino acids, and craberry extract/juice...thanks for the help...also those of you who dont mind could you put a short explanation of what each will do for you? thanks

    phenndo, what does the folic acid do? i know a bit about steroids , dont know much about over the counter stuff...heh,...thanks again

    I take it all year round along with my multi-vitamins.
    It's a B-vitamin that has shown to supress Homocysteine. Which is a blood factor linked to higher rates of heart disease, stroke, depression, and Alzhiemers in men.

    Folic acid is most widely used in birth defect prevention and an herbal supplement in breast cancer treatment for women.
