    keeping gains

    so i've read a few posts on here where guys are only using moderate doses of test and running higher doses of deca /tren / masteron and such. if you look on the effectiveness chart on this site it shows the latter to have much more keeping gains over test. so who all is putting this theory to the test and is it working? convetional cycles always show test higher. is anyone runing only a 100-200 mgs of test with lots of say deca which shows to have much more keeping gains?

    I think your focusing on test too much...

    Its a strong pct, good diet, and lifting heavy as if you were still on your cycle, that mainly helps you keep your gains, you can take almost any steriod and lose the gains, if you dont stick to what i have mentioned, the amount of test being high or low, wont effect how fast you lose your gains.

    I have talked to some people who like to start their cycles highly adrogenic, and then exit the cycle highly anabolic . I have tried it and got good results in keeping my gains.

    Do you realize how many ppl would have to use every single anabolic available and then be able to rate it against everything else? It would take years to run every compound by itself, not that Im not willing to try it

    The chart is pretty much made up.

    im running 600mg deca with 250mg test a week,no problems,up 15 pounds after 3 weeks with no frontload.

    I prefer cycling that way due to the side effects of test. NIce gains keep it up, must be eating alot.

    i always run test atleast 500mg but after reading next cycle only gonna be 250mg. test has always made me have bad sides. so im gonna try something else

    so no deca dick with 250 test? i want to run a good amount of tren and deca with minimal test for my next cycle.

    curious about this too. keep us posted on how your cycle comes out. I got so much acne from test towards the end of my cycle i think something like this might work better for me...

    Everyone will be different, personally test is like air. I can shoot 1500mg a week and see ZERO sides and almost zero gain but do just 300mg of deca and I start getting gyno.

    i was fine on test till i came off, my back still looks like a mine field!

    Ha I am what you called anabolically f-ed, no matter the juice or cals I hit I cant seem to cut up above 210. Bulk to 240 and get fat then cut to 210 or bulk to a lean 215 then cut just under 210... Juice is like air, cant even tell what I am on sometimes because it makes no difference
