my PCT?

i just finished my first cycle of Test E at 500mg a week

results r GREAT!! BUT !! Now i know why u should have your bf% at 16 or less

im at 23% right now, when i started my cycle i was at 31%!!!!

i know crazy!! but ive gotten real buff!! my upper body is wide and big!! no defenition whatsoever, but def. big and massy!!

my waist has DEF. trimmed down!! I went from a 36-38 to a 32 now!! man this is great!! i went from 177lbs to 196lbs and now im at 188lbs

my eating habits have never been so healthier in my life!!

but now here is my question....

seeing as how it was my FIRST cycle, should i do a PCT?

now now i know PCT is important (before all you guys come in here bashing at me and saying im stupid/crazy) but its just that its really a 50/50 issue, ive read soooo much that first cycle u dont really need a PCT unless u see side effects, but then others say its important to keep your gains

i was going to start a Clomid and Nolva PCT, but im like what the hell?! i dont need to go to these drastic measures! its my first cycle, not like its my 3rd or 4th and my body is gettin used to the PCT stuff ive taken so i need to up my dose

nah nah, its my first cycle, IF ANYHTING my body is capable of going back to normal on its own! so that is why i ask you guys, should i do a PCT

my pct will consist of Nolva (no clomid, ill do that my 2nd cycle)

ill do 40mg ED 1st week, then 30mg ED 2nd, then 20mg ED 3rd week

what do u guys think?

Starts your PCT 2 weeks after you last injection

Why take the chance after suppressing your HPTA?

Run your PCT in Two weeks and make sure you up your calories to hold onto the muscle you just gained.

is there anyway i should take it in particular?

maybe 10mg every 4hrs? do i need food in my stomach? take it on an empty stomach? anything else i should know?

what you should know is all the answers to your questions in all your threads before you even thought of juicing.

are you guys really reading my questions? ive educated myself on this stuff for a LONG LONG time !!!

but nowhere does it say "take nolvadex after a hearty meal" or "take nolva on an emtpy stomach" or does it say "take your nolva throughout the day as if you take it all at once could hurt you"

nowhere!! these are my questions im asking, thats all!!

please, can some of you guys read my questions and not ASSUME that i dont know anything and begin with the critisicm

you need to do a PCT after every cycle..doesnt matter if its your first or twentieth..you need to do one..if you even have to ask, why the hell are you doing steroids ? You best educate yourself on how to do a PCT..you must take nolva at 10:28AM everyday!!! It doesnt matter what time you take it, I usually take it before bed too

All I can say is WOW.

Why would you even ask if you Need to PCT.

Why are you taking 40mgs of Nolva?

you should run 20mgs a day for 6 weeks, with you other PCT.

were is your Vitamin E? and your Aromasin ? HCG ?

If you did your Research then you would have read Anthony Roberts about PCT.
Then you would not be asking Do I need a PCT after a cycle.
