I take clonidine. Tell the Dr. you want something to calm you down that's non-narcotic and you want to try clonidine. It's a blood pressure lowering med. that is used for anti-anxiety.

I have heard CoQ10 is good. I used hawthorne berry extract and it brought me down from 150/95 to 120/80 very fast.

I heard Hawthornberry 1000-1200mg ED. I will be trying this in a week or two.
Also CoQ10, garlic, and REALLY watch your diet including Calcium, Magnessium, and Potassium rich foods such as: avacados, bananas, cantaloupe, honeydew melon, grapefruit, nectarines, oranges green peas, asparagus, broccolli, cabbage, caul***ower, potatoes, and squash. Magnesium foods: nuts, rice, bananas, potatoes, wheat germ, kidney and lima beans, soy, and molases. Good luck and I hope this helps.

Giving blood is good. You should do it every couple few months anyway. I would only do it on a off day of course.

Giving blood is perfectly fine and a healthy thing to do. Unless you have HIV or some other infectious disease. The amount of test is inconsequential and you may save someone's life.

20 minutes of stairmaster 3X per week is all it takes and my blood pressure drops back down about 20 points. I've been using that protocol for at least the last 10 bulk cycles and it works every time.

giving blood in the middle of a cycle isnt bad with all the juice running through you at the same time? i mean they take a whole damn survey before you give blood
