    shooting quads

    Ok, I have a question,
How many of you just stick with quads when cycling?
Reason for this question & a little concern is because I’m currently doing
A 10 wk cycle of Test E. I’ve been shooting one quad on Mon & the other on Thursday.
Well the first week I had no pain what’s so ever but now on my 6th week I’m starting to get pain, could it be that I’m shooting the same area to much ?
Should I move to delts as well to give my quads some time to heal?

Yeah, you need to rotate your injection sites dude. When i first started i was only comfortable with injecting my delts but over time i found it harder and harder to shoot there it was nearly impossible to inject due to the build up of scare tissue.I now do every site apart from my ass.

Thank you very much, I thought that was the main cause of the pain... .I will try to shoot my delts on Thursday but just a little nervous as I got comfortable with my quads.
Now the only syringes I have is 5/8 23 1inch, this shoule be ok for delts right ?

u could move on any muscle group u like but if u are going to do uncomfortable areas such delt it is better if someone do it for u.

its still 7 days between doing the same site is it not, thats enough,u could try seperating each quad inot upper and lower portion its a big enough muscle, glutes may seem tricky but all u need is a mirror and remember to reach behind urself instead of across

you might try a different muscle, but only shooting it once a wk they shouldn't be sore. i ususally only use my quads when injecting twice a wk.

I've just moved to delts from ass since i'm on eod injections right now. If you lay on a bed and twist to the side you can do your own ass, it's not to difficult.
If you tense your ass you can hit the nice fat bits just to either side at the top of your crack, they're good nice and meaty lol.

Same here, even ran a prop cycle ed on just quads, never a problem. It's just so easy to sit down with the injection area right in front of me, never needed to move anywhere else.

I have not injected as of yet after the 1st of the year I will be. But what I have learned is that. If your gear is the right temp, the right gauge needle, and your gear has been filtered corectly, and you massage the spot after. You should have minimal pain?

    little info that might help

I use mainly the quads and glutes since its alot larger muscle. I would try pushing a little slower and after you remove the point try massaging the site with pressure to maybe help break it up in case it gathered there due to the muscle being callus up from prior use. Good luck
