biceps injections: how sore it can last?

folks, I did inject both of my biceps this monday and expecting to do another injection this thursday. I split 2 c'c in both areas; each with a new needle. The injection was fine. but after workout my biceps is constantly sore. is this a normal thing?

Yeah, i try not to inject a site that im going to workout,ive done it before and was in pain for about 4 days.

I dont know it was my thinking that maybe if I exercise the muscle I just injected into it may help things out a bit, whether it helps get the juice flowing or helps the soreness go away quicker, not too sure if this really works or not but it is my thinking...

also bicep injections are fun

x2 this is my thought also. i like using a 1/2" 29g its painless.

I inject bies all the time 25g 1inch. I dont do it before i work bies though and i never have any pain

so the trick is: do not workout muscle groups that u just injected, right?

i do, i feel like it helps absorb the oil.

i do both heads, keeps them nice and swole.

i do it on outer just to make sure I don't hit bundle of veins.

The soreness should go away after you've taken a few shots, I've found that each time I introduced a new injection site it was sore the first few shots until I got used to it. I love injecting bi's, just make sure you spread out the shots to avoid too much scar tissue buildup. Also massaging the injection site for a few minutes helps.

it hurts for like 4 days the first time
then it gets easier

da after bad, 2 days after worse, 3 days all good, just like regular DOMS, but i always make sure to train them after i shoot (on the same days) - just better for me
