I can't sleep for $hit on test and deca . You're not the only one. I don't know how to deal with it without taking meds.

Last night made 2 nights in a row I haven't gotten more than 2 hours of sleep. I don't feel real bad this morning but I look like a zombie. I think this is worse than when I ran 50mg of trenA a day. My deca must be overdosed or something, this is getting out of hand. I've gotten maybe 12hrs of sleep so far this work week. I'm running 500mg of ugl deca weekly but my source is notorious for overdosing. He's on break right now, laying low. I sent him an email last week but still haven't gotten a reply. I'm beginning to think it MIGHT be trenE because I've got to sleep on a towel at night and I've never had mood swings as bad as I'm having now. The gains are incredable, though. Any help?

I'm on a Test C/EQ cycle and have been getting real shitty sleep (starting this week, week 3). Tossing and turning, and then when I do get to sleep I have some really f'd up dreams. LOL I even take melatonin but it hasn't done much for me during the cycle...

Try Somatamax, should be available at your nutrition store or on bodybuilding.com...knocks me the **** out and I feel good when I wake up, almost drunk feeling but functional and really happy and ready to go, I do cardio for 45 min and after about 10 it is gone. GOOD STUFF!!!

I'm on test and deca right now and I have the worst time staying asleep. What seemed to help though is keeping my room cold.

I moved to lunesta after waking up 4-5 times per night and never really sleeping deeply. Lunesta won't knock you out but if you take it ahead of time you will be sleepy and when you do finally sleep you will sleep much better.

I have the same problem. But for me its on Fina. I get nightmares that are out of this world. sometime theyre good sometimes crazy, but i learned to enjoy them. One of the reasons why i lowered the dose of tren once was cause i slept walked a couple of times and my girl was lau***ng her ass off....

try that everyone, the guy at the nutrition store compared it to ghb, never had ghb before but it does make you a bit groggy and funny feeling...all in all it is a good things the grogginess does not really impair you it is just sort of a good feeling...will relax you and put you to sleep at night, take that with 300 mcg of melatonin and you will be out like a ****ing light, you will probably have crazy ass dreams though and a sleep will be deep as ****..

benadryl makes me sleepy. On tren , wake up countless times in the night to take a piss break from sleeping. Hot and cold at the same time, a/c a must. Back feels like my muscles are not fully relaxing in my sleep, like I never sleep deep enough to go limp so I have to shift positions a lot. Dream a lot like I'm never fully unconcious. I think no rem sleep is going on.

Folks, I'm begining to see a correaltion between lack of good amount of sleep and nightmare (or dreams), on the one hand, and libidio from being shut-down from deca , and strong erection from test e on the other hand. It reminds of the psychoanalysis theory of Seigmund Freud? Is there anyone there who is proficient in Freud theory: sex, nightmares, labidio, and early childhoood memeories???

I had the works on test/deca /dbol ! Night sweats, insomnia, really
weird dreams! I tried a generic sleep aid and it let me sleep, but it
seemed like it would take me half of the next day just to wake up.
IMHO it's totally worth it!!! I easily made my best gains on that cycle,
so I say don't lose sight of your long-term goals and stick with it! You
won't regret it!

benadryl is dyphenhydramine hcl and unisom is dyphenhydramine citrate so basically the same thing with a different base.

i just looked at all the diff bottles of tylenol pm, advil pm, straight unisom and such and they all have one type of dyphenhydramine in them.it usually works good for me but sometimes it gives me the restless legs sensation and it actually keeps me from sleeping, weird cause it only happens occaisionaly

There are two formulas of unisom, 1 is doxalamine succinate, 1 is dyphenhydramine hcl
