girlfriend and clen
hey i no this is kinda off subject but my girlfriend wants to lose about 12ibs for cheerleading. i told her take clen . but wat about a good diet, and exercise program? thanks

have her eat good n do the clen at 40mcgs per day, my wife takes 80mcgs she loves clen

i told her i didnt want to give it to her. but she said if i got her some she would get on birth control. to balance out the wate she wud get from it

The dietary and training needs of women are the same as men. Anything in the diet and training forums should be fine. The amount she eats has to be tailored to her size though. Obviously you can't give a diet for 200 pounder, to 120 pounder. Really you could just have her cut out sugars white flour and trans fat, and that is most of the battle right there. Increase protein intake as well. For training just start her on a standard beginners program. Full body 3 days a week, just a couple sets per muscle group. Lift heavy and stick with the big compound exercises.
Don't give her clen until she sticks with her eating and training plan. Give her a choice junkfood or clen, you don't get both. No exercise no clen. Actually you might be better off with albuterol aka salbutemol. But the same rules apply. You have to get serious if you want to use drugs.
I also think that while trading diet and training tips is cool, this website is really not for people who aren't already experts on that subject. I get concerned when I see people with very little knowledge of how the body works and how to eat and train for different goals start talking about drugs that have quite a potential for being very dangerous. The majority of these drugs can cause serious problems if you screw up. Besides that you have to be dedicated to your eating and training plan to get anything out of this.
I don't mean to go on a rant but I see a lot of these posts that just make me shake my head and wonder why you would think drugs are the next step when you don't have the prerequisites of diet and exercise down. Or why someone would put something in their body that they no nothing about.
At least it's been a while since I have seen someone say "For my first cycle, I'll do tren , winnie, masteron , clen, cytomel and DNP . Then add some anadrol so I can get freaky huge while I loose the 100 pound gut hanging over my belt and down to my knees. I'm going to join a gym when I get my gear. What do you eat anyway? I like rice cakes."
So anyway, take your time and be careful.

its wat she wanted. i told her she didnt realy need clen . bc she lost 10ibs from playin basketball. but then i asked her to get on birthcontrol. and she said if i got her clen she wud to balance out the wate gain u get from it.
