supp. and steroids
ok i know you cant be ronnie colemane from creatine and supp. even tho the companys say u do. wat a bunch of bull. but ne ways- im 19. took a cycle of dbol 40mgs ed and a litle testp 100. first cycle. went from 107 to140 in maybe 2 1/2 to 3 weeks. went from benchin a plate with trouble to repin out 205 after i was fatigued, in maybe 2 weeks. but this was bak in jan. well now i had to stop workin out bc i got into a car wreck and got busted for dui. so i lost my job and have low income. so cant afford it all gym fees and gear. mostyl bc attorney is 6grand. but now im just getin bak into it. but i now im bak down to 110 from 140. i know at 19 it was young for juice. but wat are some good supp. i can use with a low does of test100 so my nuts dont completly shut off. i was thinkin about ****bolin stacked w a litle test100. ne suggestions?

even a low dose of test will shut you down..stay away from steroids ...if you have very little money, you should spend it on food, not steroids. If you cant gain without steroids, you wont keep anything as you've already shown. The best supplement is food..read this, it will tell you how to eat to gain weight b/c your diet sucks

Swole patrol, you need to obviously rethink the things you're doing. You don't even sound capable of running your life properly at the moment, let alone abusing steroids and ignoring advice here. Sorry man, but honestly you should stop with all this.

ive done a good bit of research but ive been out of the gym for half ayear and forgot alot. but ive been training for 3 years and after the 1st nine weeks, i didnt realy see or have any gains. yes i ate every 2hrs, and just never saw results.

It doesn't matter if you were out of the gym for half a year after your cycle, you would have still lost all your steroid -induced gains afterwards simply because you were 105 lbs.... no base... no nothing.

i dont no. i took the supp. nolvadex from gaspri nutrition 2weeks prior to goin off. friend said it would be ok since it wasnt a heavy cycle

Okay... dude... what i'm going to say here is not going to sound nice, but it's for your own good.
I just read the other thread you made and you have the WORST nutritional plan and training regimen I have EVER SEEN!!! YOU shouldn't even be thinking of steroids , ESPECIALLY at your bodyweight and training experience.
From what you've told us so far, you know nothing about steroids, how to use them, or even how they work. Novedex XT from Gaspari Nutrition as your PCT? Give me a fvcking break. And you said you did alot of research before juicing? Bullshit.
Listen, what you need to do is drop the idea of using steroids out of your head. Drop it now. If you keep using from this point on, not only will you NOT keep the gains you make, but you will really increase the chances of messing yourself up from here on in. What you need to do is get your ass into the nutrition and training section of the forum and do lots of reading. You are overtraining like fvcking crazy, and your diet looks like something a fvcking alley cat survives on. You need to start planning your diet out and counting calories rather than going off and eating any piece of shit you see infront of you. Cereal and weight gainer shakes????? WTF?!?! By the way, learn how to spell "WEIGHT GAINER". If you can't spell the word "weight", you are eons away from knowing dick all about steroids.
And ditch your moron dumbass friends who are giving you 'advice' in the gym. They are dipshits who could very well have gotten you killed with the stupid reccomendations they were giving you. Everything they told you to do is just a bunch of fvcking in-gym 'bro talk' and brotelligence. Holy fvck... i'm surprised you didn't get gyno or tear your ligaments right out of your body. Stay away from those guys and don't listen to a thing they say to you.

damn atomini, props. yeah dude i did the same shit awhile ago, took mass tabs with no pct and no support supps, gained alot and lost it,
realized all i need to do is eat/sleep/train correctly, build a heftier base than 140.... probably go to 170-180 before i touch juice but im 5,8". if your 5,2" 110 lbs, then it probably looks like 140 on me or so... if your short like that then have a goal of like maybe 160-170 and then maybe... i mean MAYBE look into it.
doesnt hurt to research, although research does make it tempting, just research it to the fullest so when you do reach the point when your ready to juice, you can know everything you need to know and be sure of it, and not just wondering "whats gonna happen" or if something does happen you know why it happened- ie: gyno,ED...etc.
but if you can at all possibly keep gaining once youve reached 170, by all means KEEP natural until youve tried everything i mean eating more, training differantly, how much youve slept. after about 6 months of training with all those factors tweaked to the max if you still havent gained, youll know when/how to start.
thats my take on things anyone please feel free to correct me.
