i got buddy thats done steroids a few times before with limited results but hes 23 about 5'8-9. and maybe 180-190lbs. around 20% bodyfat... i know bad stats... but he has his heart set on steroids.. and no1s going to change his mind. he ordered stuff from turkey that cost him over a grand and didnt even work.. i think it was cream. but anyways.. im going to hook him up with my source since its way cheaper... as domestic always is..

well to the point he wants to do a cycle with tren e, test e, dbol , winny.
but i really dont know too much about tren e dosage and test e dosage when using them together.. if they should be the same or one higher and what not..

1-12 500mg of test e and tren e 2x a week
1-(4or6) dbol 35-50mg a day
7-14 50mg winny

does that sound good im mainly talking about the tren.. any suggestions..

Good lord man, I suggest you not get the gear for him. If he is your friend, then do the right thing and tell him that he is not ready for AAS and later after he shows some dedication and gets his BF down, then you might help him.

i see it at the gym daily, peeps walking around with 20/30% bf and worried about what supps to take... not one time have i heard anyone talk about their nutrition plan!
