strength gains on GH
In the steroid profiles, GH is listed as a poor compound for strenth gains. I've heard otherwise from atheletes just on GH. Does anyone have personal experience with GH and strenth gains? In particular can you comment on how much of those strength gains were maintained after you went off GH?
Thanks,

I can't understand why anyone would avoid steroids in favor of insulin . I can understand insulin in addition to steroid use .

just b/c its called growth hormone , doesnt mean it actually causes growth..i love the anti aging benefits and its good for fat loss at Tai said..ive noticed that you can eat pretty much anything and not put on fat, but as terms of muscle growth you wont see much, perhaps in conjuction with an AAS stack and some slin, but by itself dont expect much

I think gh is more used for the synergestic effects with AAS and igf etc, it's not designed for pure mass and strength, AAS fill that function. GH is just another tool in the arsenal.

good to know, thanks boys. I know some guys who are taking GH (for track and field) and are getting leaner (so lighter, which is good) and stronger (although not significantly). They also comment that they heal faster and don't experience chronic pains anymore like shin splints, hip problems, lower back pain, etc. Can anyone comment on that?

I've been on HGH for a year and a half now and cant say it really strengthened my ligaments and tendons. I actually started to take it to help heal my separated shoulder faster and for my tendonitis. I feel that it did speed up the healing process but didnt do much for the tendonitis. I actually have tendonitis in my other elbow now and also by my forearms on the other side while on HGH.

Its worth is when you are older and your body doesnt produce as much natty as it used to. The skin benefits are unbelievable and the healing properties are unmistakable. I also love the mood enhancing qualities and the sleep benefits. I have not put on much muscle mass after 4 months(weight is exactly the same) but I have visibly lost fat all over and i eat whatever I want.

That's cool. Fixr do you have joint/tendon pain (particularly in the carpal tunnel) like many complain of having on GH?
