Lower back pumps best remedy?
OK, I am prone to lower back pumps and for this reason I can't do dbol .
I really wasn't expecting to get them from tren enanth though.
Today I had to stop my workout and I couldn't walk back to my car for 20 minutes.
I started taking taurine and potassium just today...how much should I take?
Also is there anyone else who gets back pumps from tren????

About the 3rd week of my dbol only cycle I got back pumps. 800-1000mg Ibuprophen killed them.

I get them when I do legs or back and I thought it was from var but I stop the var and I am still getting them. It is unreal! I can't move and I can't sit or stand and I am sure I look like a retard just wobbleling back and forth waiting for my back to relax. Let me know if you find a cure, my legs are lagging because of those damn pumps.

yes, tren will do that to you. I did deadlifts and had to rest for 10 minutes before I felt good enough to continue. Trying wearing one of those back support belts, they help take some of the pressure off during the exercise
cheers

Back pumps are unbearable from back and leg workouts. My leg workout has been non existent for 2 weeks, tomorrow is leg day and I am gonna tough it out.
I have even been getting mild back pumps on the elliptical.***No source checks!!!***

drink 1-2 gallons of water per day, limit the sodium, take 1g taurine, and 500-1000mg potassium, always works for me.

do not be tempted to use ibuprofen or any other NSAID drugs as they inhibit muscle growth. This has been proven in studies.
If pumps are affecting workout then i would stop using the compound causing the problem and try something else. AS are supposed to help you to grow not inhibit workouts.

Rarely when my muscles are extremely sore or I pulled something, I will take a muscle relaxer. Not sure if it inhibits growth, but not good to take frequently.
