    Bicep rupture! HELP!

I have a ruptued bicep muscle. The middle of the muscle belly looks like it is missing a piece and has a line through it. No bruising or swelling. Happened 4 days ago. Any AS I can take to help it heal??? I can still move the arm and have little pain.

Go see a doc and see what you did. Thinking about getting better before getting bigger.

Doc says no working out for a few weeks, and start back light. No real strength loss (I was surprised) and other then the way it looks, the muscle is fine.(?) I'm getting a second opinion just to be sure...
