    thanks! and ripoff???

    thanks for all the good advise about diet. i will follow it since EVRYONE basically said the same thing. eat more, rely less on shakes. im still determined to use vitamins. if anyone has been ripped off before please let me know. if the site im ordering from only accepts like west union xfer should i proceed? or should i order from a site that accepts credit card?

    listen to sman.. you're straight up asking to get scammed.. take some time, ask some questions and do your research.. times have changed recently so be extra careful who you deal with cause most vets and mods wont even do source checks atm..
