Vitamin E in PCT - why?
I figured i'd get some today (800IU per cap) and i've heard about people using Vitamin E during PCT at 800-1000 IUs a day. What benefits does this have and how does it help you recover quicker?

It increases the efficiency of HCG . Check out the A. Roberts PCT article.

Oh I see. So using it without HCG would be useless?

Its always an anti-oxidant that helps prevent muscle degradation. I wouldn't call it useless.
