got my stats..noe how do i gear up?
I got tested on a Tanita body composition analyzer.... Me I'm 35 6.1 in my 6th week of test e @ 1cc a week "275ml home brew" ... my fat 15%.... I burn 1925cal just sitting,I was told... Fat mass 30.01,water 110.01.. I am working on getting more gear not sure what just yet ,I think Deca . this is my 1st cycle in 6+ years I been eating as much as I can ...my goal is some size and a few cuts..... pre cycle I was about 185,I got back to the gym for 18months now & I lost 8 lbs and gain about 5back... I started my cycle and been going up in weight every week.....I never done deca I like the test-e if u were me what do u feel i need to do next gear wise...I want to get to 190-200 lean say 10%bf thanks for your input!

well if you're already in week 6 of a cycle, what you need to do is complete this cycle as planned, run the proper pct, take a few months off, then plan the next cycle if you want to use deca .
