    Sust 250

    Hey guy's 6'3 250 ,17-19% bf want to put 25 on keep 10-15 lose bf I have 5000 mg's of sustanon 250 and 2500 mgs of enenthate can you help with a 10-12 week cycle the sustanon injections are confusing! thany you for the help!

    well if you're sure that's what you have, I would run the sustanon at 500mg/week for 10 weeks, then run pct and save the test e to put towards the next cycle. What do you have planned for pct?

    I have done two but all the research I have done on sust Is 1 short 2 medium 1 long ester and you blood levels will be up and down with only on weekly injects! I have been reading all kinds of things with this compound 1 is make sure test e to keep levels stable???

    I wouldn't inject sustanon only once a week, I was just saying 500mg/week for 10 weeks would be a good cycle with what you have.

    if you are going to run sus for 10 weeks at 500mg... def inject eod so you can benefit from the prop..

    Could you outline an inject diagram like mon-thurs? because eod at 500 mgs is only two shots aweek what days do I need to spred them out at? thanks guy's!

    eod would be more than 2 shots a week, count it out.
    Just divide the 500 by the number of shots and that would be the amount to shoot in each injection.

    If you do an EOD schedule you will end up with 7 injections over a two week period. 1000mg/7 injections = 142.85mg pr injection.

    142.85mg / 250 mg (assuming sust doses at 250mg) = 0.5714 ml, so call it 0.6 ml per injection to get 500mg/week with EOD injections. Simple right!

    Not at all, diet and training determine more than the ester of the compound. I feel that often too much emphasis is given to the compound itself rather than good old fashioned diet.

    I know this a diet question but it is related to my previous post
    I read a post yesterday that said sugar after a work out spikes insulin and forces your body to store fat? Is that accurate? If it is are all types of food converted to fat or just carbs? I have been eating lots of protein and some whole grains thinking it would promote muscle growth but I am not watching my sugar.

    I also like sugar in my coffee before I workout in the morning is that sabotaging my results?

    its easy to lose weight while on cycle i think.. diet its 90% the battle!

    I think if we lose weight on a cycle something is drastically wrong. In reference to my earlier statement about losing fat while on test e, I feel it is definitely possible with the proper diet, but I should have clarified that if losing fat is a concern then the cycle should be postponed until the fat issue is under control.

    I have read that in your posts before. I have had almost 12mo of steady fat loss at 1-3lbs per week while making steady gains in strength. My progress has started to stall. I have found from experience that I loose fat faster with more muscle. So my plan was to back on some muscle jack up the cardio and burn some fat. No trying to take the easy way out just trying to accelerate my training program.

    i have never lost weight well on a cycle but i have lost alot of fat on cycles that most people would consider a bulker. if you train and eat right you can cut off a d-bol, test eq stack

    It would probably be best to start a new thread in the diet forum and ask opinions, I have a basic idea of what works for me, but there are many people here who know a lot more about nutrition in general than I do.

    I wouldn't inject sustanon only once a week, I have personally done 500mg/twice a week (1000mg) for 15 weeks. Super super gains....

    Id hit up the diet forum again even tho it is boring and look for lean bulk threads which I believe would suite your needs. Possibly even a cutter thread. These stickies can be found towards the top of the diet forum. Need to get that clear even tho it is boring bro.

    Thanks, I posted the question over there a while ago still waiting for a reply. I’ve read a lot of those posts I am a little unclear about sugar though. I thought I had a good idea about what diet would work well but after reading some of those posts the lines are less clear.

    Do guys think the diet info in Fitness mags not AAS specific still hold true? My assumption would be yes but it never hurts to ask just to be sure.

    Instead of using cane sugar why not switch to dextrose or possibly sugar substitutes? Sugar IMO is bad in high quantities and when trying to loose weight, forget it. Did you bump your thread by any chance?

    yeah just a bit ago. i planned on just switching to some sugar substitue just to be safe. i guess i'm fishing for the answer i want (its not os bad) instead of just doing what i know is best(for get it.)
