Minimizing injection pain
What location has the least amount of injection pain or is the most tolerable. My plan is glut right now but im open to suggestions as well as any additional tips for minimizing it. This is my first injection so i know its supposed to be bad. Will a glut injection make walking and sitting noticably difficult? I am a superintendant for a family owned construction company so i do a lot of driving and job walking and id rather it not be obvious.

Use search feature, I just did and found what I posted months ago...
If its your first time with using injectable AS, its probably your body having a reaction to it. Give it time, it should get better.
- Massage the site pre/post injection for 2-3 minutes.
- Warm the AS also for 5-6 minutes (place it in a hot cup of water, not boiling)
- Inject slow, taking about 3-4 times when injecting.
-Take your time, 30-60 secs per ML.
-Massage the injection site for 3-4 minutes, post injection.
-I also have a shower straight after injecting and place a warm shower head for 3-5 minutes on the site aswell.
-You could also place a heating pad, prior to going to bed the day after if soureness is evident, for 20-40 minutes
I edited it a bit.

200ml? Wow, you must be using an empty soda bottle for a syringe.
Search in the educational section - should tell you everything. I would do 400mg once per week if it's your first time.

Do some more research. Its all here.
Inject twice per week. But you should already know that.

Any muscle that isn't use to injections will give you pain. Technique is very important also.

For me, delts yield the least pain. Glutes are most, then Quads.
There the sites I hit too.
