    Smile 1st Cycle

Just want to know if anyone have some advice on what the best cycle for person like my self. I am 6 feet weight about 175 and go to the gym regularly, I don't eat alot but I do use Meal replacement and protein. What would be the best cycle to burst grow for a person like my self?

Post up your diet in detail for review, if you can't grow without gear you won't keep any gains you get from it, and 6' 175 leaves you lots of room to grow naturally.

Well I eat at least 3000 caleries a day, I have a crazy work schedule. I sometimes eat fast food and drink beers after work. I am genticly thin and never weighted more than 180 pounds, and eat alot.

breakfast- 2 eggs and wheat bread
    snack- protein bar
lunch- Turkey sandwish and some chips
    liquid protein before the gym
dinner- chicken breat and a baked potatoe
    liquid protein before bedtime

The sad truth most don't want to hear, is that once you've reached your genetic potential, gear can help you break through plateaus and reach the next level. If you can't reach your potential without gear, you can't stay beyond it with gear, either.

I feel I have gone as far as I could with my genetic make up, my dad is the exact same size as me and we both workout regularly. I just want to get to the next level.

Try eating 4000 clean cals and 350g of protein a day. You will grow. I don't mean to just repeat what has been said or antagonize you, its the honest truth. If you do a cycle, I believe you will regret it because there is so much room for you to grow naturally!

Good choice. If you think about it gaining weight is just a mathematic equation. If you intake more than you expend, it will stay in your body.

in all seriousness, you're making the right decision...give it some time to grow naturally. get everything PERFECT..diet, training, EVERYTHING..then go on to aas usage, but only after you've tried everything...good luck and a very good choice

stick around and learn, there is alot of good info brother
