    Just Starting. really need help.

    Hi Everyone,
    I am a 25 year old 6'2 male. I am in good shape and weigh in at about 213. I have three months to get the fastes results I can. I am running a mile or two every day and hitting the gym 5 times a week. I need a supplement that will allow me to see results quickly. I am mainly concerned with chest and arms as I will be attending Police Academy in October or November. PLEASE HELP!!! I can't stress enough how important this is to me. The guys I'm going in with are twice my size, its going to make for a painful 16 weeks of Academy. Please let me know what to use for the fastest but safeest results.

    for the love of god, please do some research.
    -are you talking about supplement or aas?
    -and you think your gonna get as erious answer only wanting to train chest and arms? why would you only want to do that?

    read the supplement board. but i would check your diet if its not right you could gain a lot just by eating right.

    With your time frame of only 3 months, and your experience level, your best and safest bet is to go with OTC supplements like a good creatine and better diet.

    Eating is about 87% of this game. You have to eat to grow.

    Concentrating on ONLY chest and arms is NOT the best way to go as the body works better with a stronger foundation (LEGS) . The stronger you make your foundation the stronger the rest of your body can get naturally.
    Training JUST your chest and arms limits the amount of growth potential you have especially in your time frame. So you should make sure you are working out ALL your muscles

    Steroids at this point COULD do more harm than good as you do not know enough about them or their possible side effects which could actually knock you on your ass come time for your Academy training

    SO, focus on a good clean BULKING diet and you may see about 10 or so additional pounds come Academy time and you will NOT be risking screwing up your hormones yet.

    Research from now until after you are done with the Academy, and then when there is NO pressure, you may be ready to step it up to the next level
