    cytomel (t3) dosage

    i got some of these a while ago, started off on 25mcgs (1/4 of a pill) and tapered upto 100. diet is in check and i was loosing weight , 45 mins cardio on morning and 45 mins on a night.

    but the introduction of the t3 had no effect, temp was normal, no sides etc, so i upped to 150 mcgs still no sides, and temp still 36.4. should i up to 200??? this seams at tad excessive, but maybe thats what its gonna take to get this **** working.

    i took a reasearch chem version before and had same problem.

    maybe i tolerated t3 well??

    I use the same brand t3 ... is it light purple/yellow with a round hologram? thats how it should look!

    In any case, t3 doesn't work like clen .. your temp does not always have to go up (think of people with naturally high metabolism with normal body temp) so it doesnt meet it isn't working. For me, my temp is only slightly elevated but i feel hungry every hour... so I know its working. besides, going up to 150 mcg is high IMO and 200 is overkill (unless you're a 250+ pro bb) ...that stuff is dangerous man, don't mess around too much with it, you could cripple your natural production!

    thats the stuff matey.

    thing is though, the weight loss has been constant, there was no increase in weight loss after i introduced the t3.

    im down to around 10% now, want to get to 8.

    hmmm, try dropping cytomel and switching to their clen .... see how that works out for you

    just got some t3 from lion.

    and i woke up in a pool of sweat this morning. alot lower dose aswell (60mcgs)

    I haven't taken T3 without AAS, everything I have read besides some peoples personal experiences says T3 + AAS is a bad idea. Go with Clen .

    Reverse it:
    T3 "-" aas is a bad idea.

    It won't turn you into Hollow Man. You can get ripped and stay muscular (assuming you are), but you'll lose weight, fullness/volume, and quality muscle. Think Brad Pitt, and not from 'Troy' where he put on 30lbs.

    Can you tell me what you guys think about adding t3 and clen to a cycle very low amounts:

    t3:
    1-7: 25mcg

    8-14: 50mcg

    15-21: 75mg

    22-28: 75mcg - intro clen

    29-31: 50mcg

    32-35: 25mcg


    Clen Cycle
    weeks 3-5
    40mcg 3 days
    60mcg 3 days
    80mcg 3 days

    I personally think tapering T3 is worthless and I know tapering clen down is pointless. Clen only needs to be tapered up to your maximum dose then it can remain at that dose for the duration of your cycle.

    Clen + T3 = quick loss of fat if you can handle the clen sides... I don't even use clen anymore. Diet + cardio + T3 > Clen + T3.
