    Taking orals

    I'm starting my cycle tomorrow and just wanted to get an idea of how everyone takes their orals. Do you break them up? Chew them? Or do you even split the dosage throughout the day? Just wanted to get an idea of what works best for everyone. Just so you know i'll be taking D-bol 30mg/day so wonder whats going to be the best.

    well if your taken a total of 30mg a day.. and say you are taking 6 tabs of the 5mg once, then i would put them in my mouth and 3 seconds later swallow it with water. i would take them 3 hours apart to keep it running smoothly and eavenly in your body streams. hope i helped
