    Reccomended Dose for ALA/Milkthistle while on AS ?

    What are some of the doses being used here ? Some give much contraversial advice and I'm just wondering what people take around here. Now, if you are taking r-ala which is different from reg. Ala , I know the doses are not the same ( so people say ! ). Whats the real deal ?

    Hey bro, Im taking regular ALA and im running 2000mgs ed. I think the correct dose for r-ALA is 700mgs ed? Not totally sure but im sure if u do a search for it u'll find it.
