Other Prop Question
on day 12 of prop 50mg a day
going to go 6 or 8 weeks with HCG started at week 2 every 3rd day
Anyway 2 pounds gained so far one of those is fat, my gym has a scale that weighs only muscle, and no strength. Always horny but i am anyway.
stats 5'10
180 pounds
1st cycle with test
28 years old low bf
So what the F*cking deal, am i exspecting to much to soon or what

You could up your dose to 75 mg ed if you want. Day 12 is still early. You don't need the HCG imo.

Test prop. is not known for significant weight increase, how ever, your dose is low, 100 mg/day is great.
if it's too painful then switch to Test E or Cyp.

Prop hurts, no question there! Massage the area for a long time, post injection, then, if it's a glute injection, then heating pad, hot bath, turn seat warmer's on in your car when you commute.
I have heard many people mixing B-12 with prop, still hurt me...Prop hurts, period. Six weeks into this and putting up the pain...it's all worth it!!

meal 1- 2 egg whites 2 whole eggs 2 pieces of wheat/ protein shake 20grams/bannana
meal 2- naked protein 40 grams of protein 500 cals
meal 3- p and j sandwich or turkey sandwich
meal 4 naked protein
meal 5 steak/bannana/green beans
meal 6 naked protein
meal 7 can of tuna
meal 8 protein shake 30 grams
throughout the day i eat peanut butter when i feel hungry
so what do u guys think
just the naked's are 1500 cals and 120 grams of protein

Your diet is pretty good. I know its hard but your best gains come from real food where ever possible. Shakes are good when you cant get real food but are not the best for building mass. i would ditch one or more of your shakes and add in another basic small meal of chicken, fish or steak with vege's. You also might want to try switching your last protein shake before you go to bed with a good source of Casein protein such as cottage cheese. I personally have 250grams of cottage cheese with some natural unsalted nuts before bed.
Hang in their with the Test Prop Imo it has fewer sides then long estered test if you can handle the pain. I know its meant to start working faster than long estered but give it at least 3 to 4 weeks to really get going. And I agree with Kratos about the HCG it is not part of my cycle or pct. I am prone to Gyno so I run 0.5ml Tamox and 0.25ml L-dex ED when on cycle and add clomid to this for PCT. Hope it all works out good for you
