How do I know if I need Anti e's?

My nipples aren't buffing out yet and I have no lumps but I do get slight tenderness and itching for a few days after an injection. When do I need to get on anti-e's and I have no idea what kind to get? Are they even legal.

I have seen some at GNC but do they even work?

BTW I searched but most of the threads are so technical that I have no idea whats right or whats wrong.

    I am 180lbs, 5' 10'', probably like 12-14% bf maybe, 5th injection, doing 2cc of test 250 a week,.

Dude, you should have had all youre anti e's before you started youre cycle. I don't start a cycle without having it on hand, and even then I am Gyno prone so I always run my test with an ai.

what kind of test are you running?

I kinda jumped into it to quick to be honest with you.

What would be a good type for me to get? I assume I should start it now?

I am using test e. Mexican gear. Should I try some over the counter anti e? You have me worried now I'd like to get on something asap.
