l-dex during cycle?

im gonna run l-dex with my cycle at .5mg should i run it from day one all the way through to pct? im doing a 12 week cycle(84 days) and i only have 80 days worth of l-dex be enough?

you should be fineif you were going to run it at that dose. you are doing long esters i assume? but now you have 2 weeks waiting for the ester to clear. you could run nolva during that time if you wish. you could even run it at .25mg for the first week if you wanted too this will help make it last longer to the 84 day mark. well thats what i would do anyways

Thats fine, I just wouldn't run it alongside nolva...

I'd skip the first 4 days or whatever then start and run it through until PCT. You'll have the least amount of aromatization in the beginning vs when you have a steady state after a few weeks.

Thats what I do to0. .25mg arimidex ED works fine for me.
