Post Gyno Surgery
I had my gyno surgery between 1-2 years ago. I only had gyno on one side of my chest. I'm not sure if the reason for that was because in grade 7 gym class, In the changing room, one of my idiot friends bit my nipple. Does that have any effect on gyno? Anyways besides the fact I still got the surgery on one side. But the problem is, there is still something underneath my nipple but it is not soft like gyno, it is rather tough, and am wondering if i should worry about and if it will ever go away, from other post gyno surgery experinced patients. I think it is scar tissue, but really do not know much about it. I am also currently steroid free.
Thanks, BTW this is my second post tongiht, sorry for all the posts, I took the summer off and am going to school now for my bachelor of physical education. I plan on being a personal trainer alongside with my own bodybuilding goals. Have been busy with school, moving out, and the gym.

Steroid enduced gyno isn't soft. It is a hard lump behind your nipple. BTW.... How much was the surgery, if I may ask?

My quess would be scar tissue too. Most AAS induced gyno is bilateral.

Your surgeon probaly wasnt the best if alot of scar tissue formed, ive had gyno surgery to w/o any scar tissue...
There is really not much to do about it...But you could try to focus alot on building up your lower pecs more, perhaps as your chest gets bigger from the bottom, this will become less noticebal.

They can do surgery to remove scar tissue and sometimes there are nonadvasive ways to remove(disperse) scar tissue. I had a lot of scar tissue in my quad after I ruptured the muscle and my physical therapist was able to break it up with ultra-sonic and messaging and now it's 95% gone. I would first, do a follow up with the original surgeon and tell him your complaint and if your not satisfied go to another surgeon. I am sure it's stressing you out but remember it's always bigger in your eyes then to the public. GL and keep us updated.
