Thinking about cycling!!
So this is that deal!! Im bout 6'1 down to 205, body fat is bout 12%. I am thinking bout starting a cycle, don't really want to get to big just prolly bout 220 back to the weight i used to be. Don't want to get huge i jus wanna put on a lil weight and still keep the definition. I was thinking of stacking winny and deca . Im jus wondering is this going to be good for what im trying to do and what kind of cycle i need to be on. if anyone out there can help me it would be much appriciated. O and yes obviously i am a newbie!!!

whats your age? how long have been lifting? cycle experince? you could add 15lbs. with a good diet and proper lifting. And that stack doesn't look good either. you also didn't mention a pct. you may want to do some research on the forums here. no trying to flame you, you just want to be ready for what you are wanting to do. AAS is the icing on the cake, not the cake. And btw welcome.

im bout to be twenty one, i know bout the pct, and been lifting for bout 8 yrs!! So what would u recommend i use? also the cardio aspect is a big thing need to drop my forty time also!!

at 21 you have lots of test floating around. Why risk shutting yourself down?
Diet is the key, even when you cycle. You need test(of some type) when using deca , because it shuts you down quick. Personnally I wouldn't want deca d**k. Check out the work out forum, if you want some answers on dropping the 40 time. btw what is it now? as far as pct check out anthony roberts pct plan

Ok so im getting that deca prolly shouldn't be used, and test maybe a better choice!!! what about a cycle?????? what type of cycle am i looking at!

there is nothing wqrong with using decca even for a newb. Test should just be included. But these guys are right, you need more research first.

k so more research has been done and decca and winny def not good cycle for me maybe if i add test! I thought that the opposite affects would be good because it would do what i wanted which was help me get big but not to the point where im huge and everybody knows im on it! but instead all im reading is that they just cancell each other out! So hows it sound if i stack decca and test in like a 4-6 wk cycle cause like i said i dont wanna get to big, then maybe few weeks in cycling in winny? does this sound any better or am i still way off???

Do more research. youll find your answers on begginer stacks and such. Recomended that you start off with a long ester test like enanthate so you only have to inject 2 times per week versus ever day or every other day with PROP. also, enanthate is not that painful versus prop and with your virgin muscles youll thank yourself for researching and taking the time to find out for yourself why a long estered test is good for begginer. dont mess with deca or winny dude. youll be happy with the results from test. Just make sure your diet is 100% on cus diet is 80%. like others said, AAS is icing on the cake. you need to know that first b4 jumping into it.
