    400 mg deca /wk
    40mg d-bol/wk
    nolv on hand...
    and clomid and clen for post cycle...

    get some milk thistle at a vitamin store 800-1000 mg everyday while on the D also some cranberry juice will be a good way to keep your liver clean,but you probably already knew that.

    My work out partner is doing the same cycle. He's just finishing week 6 and he's up 17lbs. (6'2" started at 210).

    Yeah I know the first time I did myself (last week) I was shaking so bad, breathing all heavy, I actually started laughing at myself, I was nervous as hell just not knowing if I'm doing everyting correct- ya know? I couldn't wait for all that juice to F'ing push in, and once it did, I was so AMPED! I was a pure adrenalin rush. Know I still get a little nervous but it's becoming more fun and I kinda look forward to it. I like how my ass feels right afterwards, It just cool knowing I got some super human potion strategically placed in my ass - and nobody knows...hehe.

    Happy shootin-cycle looks good, start gaining!
