Looking For D-bol Advice
I was hoping someone might be able to help me. I need to know how many mg of d-bol i should take. I have 10mg pills my friend said to take 3 a day week #1, 4 a day week #2, 5 a day for weeks #5- #10. My weight is 135 and 5' 11". I am 33 years old. I really want to put on the weight...... any advise would be great

for starters, at 5'11" and 135lbs, you don't need dbol , you need food. And I know, you try to gain, you just can't. Head to the diet forum and read up on bulking diets and you will see how far off you are. Just for info, post your daily diet in detail and we will help.
As for your dbol question, dbol alone is a very bad idea, and you wouldn't want to take it for more than 5 weeks or so even in a proper cycle.

I am dieting properly. I have never been able to really make any gains. I get ripped as shit but still stay skinny. I want to finally get bigger!!!!!!!!!!my metabolisim runs extreamley high.

Think of it this way, food is what makes you grow, if you aren't growing you aren't taking in enough of the right kinds of food. Fast metabolism? Easy enough, more food.
Imagine someone telling you they are trying to blow up a balloon. They say they just cant get it to blow up well at all. You tell them they need to put more air in it, and they tell you they are putting plenty of air in it, but it isn't leaking and won't get any bigger. You tell them if it won't get bigger then it isn't enough air.
Every hard gainer I've ever talked to, and that's hundreds, thought they were eating right but couldn't grow. So far the percentage of ones that were actually eating right is a nice, round "0".

The whole pyramiding thing is debunk these days. Hands on 'research' shows that you should take 50mg a day at the low end to see significant results. As far as putting on size you need to change your diet period. Dbol will put on size but that size you see will mostly be water weight that will disapear after you have stoped taking the dbols.

this whole weight gain thing isnt rocket science though people wanna make it like its magic or something.truth is if u eat enough cals over what ur body burns u will gain weight over time. d-bol only is a waste and u dont have enough to even do that

just get on a 5-6 time a day eating routine man. sry my bad, ive been away from the forums for a long time.
