Make sure you're taking an AI and something to block progesterone from deca .

Cabergoline, Bromo, or B6. B6 is weakest, and Cabergoline is strongest. I'm taking .5mg/week of Cabergoline right now and 300mg B6 and it seems to be working OK.

ai's dont block progesterone. caber and bromo do.
most guys just use 300 mg of b6 a day to help with the prolactin from the decca. I found that sufficient

yes i would frontload. i ran 500 enth/480 decca and i double dosed the first two shots. If i could do it again i would double dose the first 3 or maybe even four.

yes, that is how one would obtain said substance legally. however, your source may carry it. Research companys do, like our board sponsor

carefull with the letro. i ran it on the same cycle as this and loved it. It took away the initial bloat that i got. But i was advised to only use .25mg a day for no longer than 8 weeks and by week 6 all my joint were hurting. i have read that a super low estrogen level can lower your immune system and hurt joints somehow.
Soon as i stopped the letro my joints felt good 4 days later.
    adex
exmestane etc are safe to run the length of the cycle and for pct

i said in post # 8. You could also try frontloading with prop. i ended that cycle with prop so i could start pct sooner.

Actually, letro blocks progesterone, I believe.

Ive frontloaded a time or 2 before and two of my buddies did as well. We all think that frontloading is good on paper, however, it really does not do anything for your cycle....just my 2cs.

Hey quick question everybody, is .5mg (500mcg) a week the normal dose for Caber?

I'd have to disagree with you there... I'm pretty sure letro is just estrogen.

"With a slight alteration by the enzyme aromatase, estrogen is produced in the male body" from testosterone . An aromatase inhibitor like letrozole or anastrozole blocks the enzyme responsible for this conversion of androgens to estrogens.

Frontloading DOES help get to a steady state level. This may or may not help with an individual. Most I'd say that do it correctly, it will help. You do not need to load AI's or SERM's.
