new cycle updated, please give feedback
so i posted a few months ago the bulking cycle i was going to run,
test cyp
deca
d-bol
but after a few months of serious cardio im not sure if i wanna take on to much water weight, my goals are to pack on a solid 12-15 lbs over the course of about 12 weeks the proper pct,
i have the choice of running the cycle above or i also have on hand anavar , and oral winny
so the info im looking for is should i cut out the d-bol and add the var towards the end of cycle, or should i keep it the same and concentrate on diet and sodium intake

29yr
3 cycles, but nothing in the last year
just completed gyno reversal wit letro so this is gonna be something i will start in nov.

cutting and bulking it 75% diet and 25% the gear choice in my opinion. So you could cut with test cyp, deca , and var. But the deca will "cover up" the results of the var and you wont be able to appear cut or shredded because of the water retention.
I would definetly not run the dbol if you are looking to cut and if I were you I would replace the deca with EQ and run cyp, EQ, var that would be a nice cutter, just save the deca and dbol for a later cycle

if you add an Ai such as arminidex throughout the cycle it will help with the water retention, I would also add the var at the beginning of the cycle. I have done the cycle you mentioned while eating really clean and experienced good results.

ya, i have l-dex and letro both on hand,
how long did you run the var at and at what dosage,
i have a gyno issue so thats another reason i wanna eliminate the d-bol,
what was your diet like, clean protein loaded, lite carb, lite sodium???????

i would run var between 50-75mg ED for 8 weeks at the end, you can run it at the beginning but i like to do it at the end to help solidify the results and this way you can run it right up to pct.
You can go to the diet forum, there are some great diets posted there. But your on the right track def low sodium

i have been keeping the diet in tight check since ive been amping up the cardio and dropping bf,
but i for sure will need to change it up to find my cycle needs,
do you have any good links besides the basic cutting or bulking diets posted,
as for the var, would you guys recommend running it past the deca and test, and if so how much longer cause i have enough for 16weeks,

well heres my diet for cutting, you can tweak for your goals and stats.
heres an example of the layout for your cycle
wk 1-12 Test E
wk 1-11 Deca
wk 8-15 Var
3 days after var start PCT

ya, thanks for help,
thats about what i was thinking, but another set of eyes always helps,
that diet is something close to what i do now, except i try to cut out dairy if possible
