serious dehydration. my lips get all chapped and i drink 2 gallons of water a day and still im thirsty, its worth it though. tip- dont take 6 hours within bed time and ive tried whole dose in the morning, and split, 2,3,4 times a day and ive found i get the shakes less and less nervousness with more smaller doses.

I took all my doseages in the morning, 120mcg. I dont think i respond quite well to clen . I shook and had the occational headache but that was it. I never found myself to feel dehydrated, although i kept drinking a lot of water to be sure.
