t3 and clen
ive been told to lose some weight before i go on cycle as 30% b/f is a little to high to start a cycle on.so im gonna do t3 and clenbutero.now i know how to run the t3 im gonna run it like start at 25mcg and then up it every 4 days till i get to 100mcg then taper down every 4 days till i come of it now my question is how do i run clen with it how do i taper up and down on it and how long should i stay on it before i come of it properly

Start with one dose and increase daily by one increment 20mcgs or 25mcgs, depending on what you have. Optimal (plateau) range is between 120-160mgs, exceeding this not recommended. Those who have ventured above 200mcgs. reported dizziness, nosebleeds, extreme cramping and other such nasties. Tapering down is recommended but not absolutely necessary as with T3.
Sorry to hear you decided to use T3 without gear, but at least you'll be one ripped little guy!

Try a lower dosage for longer and you won't lose as much muscle.

Secondly, although Clen could help, at such a high bf rate, no one (including myself) would recommend it at this time because of possible heart issues. Remember a male at 30% bf is not merely considered overweight, but obese which carries its own specific set of safeguards.
The best supplemental assistance for what should be a dedicated plan of hard work (diet & exercise), would come in the form of all natural herbs, aminos, oils, and teas. Namely, Ephedra (run properly), L-Carn (taken regularly), EFA's (three times daily w/meals), and green tea (brewed, not instant or capsules).
Other than that spend some time in the Diet Forum learning how to eat, the Workout Forum learning how to train, and should you require help w/Eph sources PM me when you get enough posts.

Honestly I think you would be surprised at what just some good ol hard work and watching what your eating. I mean your diet is your biggest problem right now. I know plently of people that dont work out at all and are not over weight.
What is your height/weight?
