First time prop question
Was just wondering. I planned on doing my first cycle with 500 mg a week of test prop and from what I heard I would gain about 15-20lbs on it.... But was just wondering if anyone did a smaller cycle like 250 a week and what were the gains on one such as that?

most guys dont recomend doing a first cycle of prop because of the fact that you have to shoot ed, or at least every other day. Most people recomend doing enth or cyp for the first time around.
Depending on your stats, workout history, diet, dedication, genetics, diet you could ggain anywhere from 0-40 lbs.
If you are going to go with prop, go for 10-12 weeks. make sure to have a good pct lined up too.

Im going to do the anthony roberts pct. As per the ed thing... Not to worried because my pro did his first cycle on prop and said he'd show me how to shoot it

i agree with everyone, it depends on training, diet and genetics if i were you i would throw in some D-bol ED along with test. make sure you have your PCT handy in case of gyno.

ive heard first cycle should allways do test only. Thats why I went with test only.... Im just wondering what gains would I get from a smaller cycle just cause I dont want it to be too noticable

you'll make great gains at 250mg a week with a good diet and workout routine, you might make even better at 500mg a week, but 250mg a week is a definetly a huge jump from your natty test production
