Diappearing-Reappearing gyno?

Whats up fellas.
What would you think is the cause of this.
A friend of mine, on the same cycle I'm on is getting gyno(lumps) for a few days, then it goes away for a few days and comes back again.
No soreness, itching, or sensitivity. He's taking .5mg L-dex ED. Occuring over the past wk & a half.
400mg test cyp.
400mg EQ
just finished the dbol at 40mgED

Could you experience a rebound effect that would cause this if your blood levels were hittin peaks and valleys on a regular basis from shooting the test once a week instead of twice?

Ideas? Experience?

maybe just fat deposit and that area is more suited (for some reasons) to store fat.

Sounds possible to me, but I am not sure. He is taking arimidex though, huh. Keep some nolvadex on hand I guess, and hope it keeps going away.

I told him it was probably fat deposits, or even calcium deposits.
To be sure, I'm going to get him to start shooting test twice a week, and have the nolva ready to swallow.
