    Talking Cycle Advise Eq/prop/sust/winny

    IM STARTING A NEW CYCLE SOON. LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK.

    EQ 1-10 400mgs week
    PROP 1-5 100mgs EOD
    SUST 5-10 500mgs week
    Prop 10-15 100mgs eod
    Winny 10-15 50mgs eod

    LETRO EOD
    PCT

    MY DIET WILL BE LOW CARB HIGH PROTEIN. 50-60 MINS OF CARDIO ED.

    looks ok apart from the sust ,i wouldent run sust in that cycle.

    Why no sust. Just run the prop wks 1-10 and end with the winny

    imo the sust will start to mess with your blood levels=more sides.

    just go with the prop all the way and end with winny .with the eq prop and winny you should feel pumped as fuk .

    i would go with

    eq-600mgs 1-10

    prop 100mgs eod 1-12

    winny 50mgs ed 7-13

    then start pct the day after last shot of winny

    MY GOALS ARE TO DROP BODY FAT AND GAIN LEAN MUSCLE. Don't know my BF% I will have the gym check it tomorrow.

    this is a perfect cycle for that.any idea at all what your bf is ,you must have some idea

    Post up your planned diet in the diet forum, along with your height,weight,bf% etc, you want to make sure your diet is solid.
