ars still hurts

i did my normal shot of tren act , deca and suston mix in my left glute on mon.
no pain shot was fine. I now have a lump still there and fills strange. No pain just didnt go away after a couple days like most oil does!!
litte lump no pain?? whats going on? feels like i got some build up still .

if its not red nor feels hot n itchy it aint an infection, probably just the oil under the skin thingy, should go away in a couple of days
