    how much cardio on cycle?

    how much cardio on cycle, im trying to lean up a bit, im on the 7th week now, seen good results, just wanna lean up and firm up a bit.. should i do cardio in the morning or afternoon? i was told to do it on an empty stomach for 20mins, medium intensity??? any other thoughts.
    ( i will be also adding fina in week 8 @ 36.5mg ED for 3 weeks)

    need more info on cycle, but you can do cardio in morning on empty stomach for about 30-45 min med intensity. If your doing test, you will not losse any muscle by doing cardio. Do cardio 5-6 times a week if you really want to cut(cutting cycle, I presume?)

    .....well orginally it started as a bulking cycle but i changed in week 3, i want to be more cut up instead of being huge and bloated, the last time i dide a cycle like that ppl were shocked , then i lost about 70% of my gains, so i really just want a lean muscular look, nothing to dramatic, i gained about 10lbs so far, im taking cyp. 250 @ 500mg a week, on week 7, so im gonna add fina next week @ 36.5mg ED... i stopped doin cardio in the beginning of my cycle but i think im gonna restart, the only problem i have is that i have chin splints, so if i run for long peroids of time, i have bad pain!! so i think 20mins should be enough, i hope.. any other thoughts??
