is the a good cycle, is ar-r good gear?

I'm 30yr old, did one cycle 2 years ago, 175 8% body fat, dropped from 185, work out for 11 years.

I'm going to do 500mg sust shot eod for 12 weeks, Deca 300mg week for 11 weeks and d-bol 30mg for 5 weeks.

I'm going to use the anothony roberts PCT, but want to add finast to prevent me from going bald.

Questions: Can I put the deca and sust in one shot?

Is the gear from ar-r good?

Also on my last clcye of sust and d-bol my nipples got sore, but no signs of gyno. Does this mean I'm gyno prone?

Also on my last clcye of sust and d-bol my nipples got sore, but no signs of gyno. Does this mean I'm gyno prone? Run nolva 10mg/d if you are really worried about it. Do you have any fatty deposits building up under your nipple?

I'd run an AI like arimidex instead of nolva... Nolvadex , when used with a 19-nor steroid like deca can increase the receptors for progesterone...

From what I read, deca will be out of my system in about 14 days, so I could use nolva after for PCT, but not during the cycle. Is this correct?

not completely out of your system but at a level where you could start the PCT. Yes you can use Nolva, but like AandF said, don't use it during if you are going to be using Deca also

ARR research chems are all good. Never had any issues when I order from ARR.
