deca + tren + nothing else = a lot of problems

arimidex will do nothing for tren induced gyno and deca induced gyno... so I take it that your taking the a-dex for the bloat?

Are you cutting or bulking? The tren and tbol looks like you are cutting but they why add the deca?

Have fun with all the prolactin, no sexual desire at all, and not too mention the recovery.

How old are you, wt, ht, goals, expectations etc... need more info
