    water retention

    hello guys
    i wanted to know how fast may i loose the water i gained from oral methandienone?
    and is there any way to make the loosing of the water faster?
    acording to you how much can i loose if i stop the methandienone 3/4 days before i need a lower bodyweight?
    would it help if i dont take it for 3 days and little water and no sodium,+green tea...???
