    Post xmass pre-summer cutter

    100mg tren eod 1-15
    100mg sust eod 1-15
    100mg primo eod 1-15
    75mg var eod 1-6
    125mg mast eod 10-15
    100mcg clen /t3 ed


    What do you guys think...good gains? Should some compounds be ED? 22/6"4/230 third cycle...ran everthing there before but t3 and primo...too much tren...I def had blood work and lipid panel done after running it for 1-weeks...and I was cool.....anyways let me kno what you guys think

    trying to really gain a bunch of lean mass..I kno I kno diet diet diet Cardio Cardio Cardio..but ive been pretty strict in my last two cycles and taken this lifestyle to a new level...I'm hoping to ramp it all up and finally get what I'm looking for...really lean out...I'm a real big guy naturally ppl ask me almost every day if I'm a UFC fighter...I'd rather have ppl b like wow that dood is torn up then wow what a monster...both wouldnt b bad but lean muscle mass additions by the pound load is preferable

    Bro...me personally would run it 10 weeks...tren is very harsh...masteron will mess with your cholesterol aswell as tren will...again I dont see where you need all those compounds bro...the sus,tren and mast would be sufficient ...but thats me.I think you may need to review your nutrition intake...I see where you say you know Diet but lets take a look at that...aswell as your BF%.

    I agree with bigmax. oh- hey, by the way. It's been a while since I got on here but I need to do some reviewing. It really depends on what you're trying to do but, honestly I believe thats way to much for your body type. Im sure that somewhere in the mix of all that, your body has to be rejecting some of that and it's then going into the toilet. Your receptors can't handle that much. And, besides you stated that you had blood work done 1week into the cycle???? The last thing you wanna do during a cycle is get rid of blood cells. You need those cells. I think you've got great expectations or goals but you'll get there leaner, stronger and in better health if you'll be a little more patient and slow it down or decrease the dosages. Lean muscle is a very hard thing to build and you only notice it when all the body fat is gone. Trust me, It don't happen over night. Good luck.

    I eat very little amounts of starch if i do in the morn..stay clear of excessive amounts of fruit...usually two meals a day have steak or chicken in them...i try and stay away from getting my protein intake from shakes...and i always try and burn more cals then i intake...usually a fair amount of leafy greens in a day...tons of hydration...stear clear of juice and sugar....and i really monitor the quality of the type of food in ingest..if you guys could maybe help me as to how to better diet for cutting while on cycle that would be great...i know you need a ton of food while on and to be honest i think when im on i deprive my body of food the majority of time because i really only try and eat what i need not ever what i want...ya know eating fr a purpose not for pleasure...i dont need as much help on what posstive food choices are..maybe jus frequency and amounts would b great...and i am a big fan of empty stomach AM cardio..however i personally have trouble loggin the miles on tren but i try and fight thru...also i got my blood work done at the end of the cycle prolly too soon my doc was shittin when my test was like gone...however i went for a retest and everything was cool at the end of pct...this next cycle i honestly am going to go all out...super regimented..and very very strict...twice as on point then i was last time..ive never been that torn up guy but ive always been that guy who can sqaut 600+ and bench 40+...lookin for that mid section definition and glamour muscles coupled with the size and feeling everyone who's on gear looks for

    Do you eat 5-6 meals a day spread out? There is nothing wrong with most fructose you get from fruit, don't cut it out. I would assume you're not cutting for a contest but want to get around 12% bf. Do you eat enough vegs? I bet your diet is not as good as you believe it is. Only drink protein shakes pre and post workout.

    prob not enough vegs..and your soo right I'm sure its a commmon misconception that people who train think...everyone most likely thinks their diet is on point by very few ppls prolly are...and ya your right I'm lookin to b in the 9-12% range...so any on cycyle advice you and the rest of tv guys have to help me would b great

    i honestly belive that one can achieve alot by using not so much stuff. you do not need 15 weeks of tren or susta to get cut and ur using var,masteron ...

    for me,juice is like nitro boost in the car...when you feel you cant go any further,you kick it in...

    I would cut the primo out, and run the cycle 10 weeks.
    tren is great for cutting, and the clen will help alot...

    ive always been an d-1 two sport guy so I kinda train a lot diff then i think I should for my look instead of my sport...in sports you need a lil extra bf for cushin and to prevent more injuries...not playin anymore...any suggestions on best way to run my split workout while on...I kno how to work out to get ready for football or baseball season all naturally...as far as gettin shredded and lean...work outs split...protein..cals..carbs while on gear I could use some advice guys...ive always ran my gear while lifting in a strength program for a sport...I kno you have to life way diff on then when ur off so anything helps

    I think I'm dropping the primo and gonna run like 3 iu's of jintropin throught the cycle...I'm hopes for additional fat loss...tighter skin...and maybe a lil more energy to combat the lethargic feeling from tren that hits occasionally

    check out G-froces log and you will see some awesome results and keep in mind he didnt use primo or and mast
