Muscle growth in jaw and temples

Hi, I'm 4 weeks into my 1st course of sust and deca . What I've noticed is sometimes after I've been chewing hard my face feels tight like I've done a good workout on my jaw and temples! They look bigger too, has anyone else had this and do you think it will matter as in change the facial appearance?
